You can only import a campaign strategy .xml file that is exported from a POM environment. You cannot import a file after making changes to it.
Procedure
In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
On the Campaigns menu, click Campaign Strategies.
On the Campaign Strategies page, click Import.
In the Import Strategy area, in the New name field, type a new name for the file.
If you do not specify a name, POM saves the strategy with the name of the file which you are importing. If a strategy with the same name already exists, POM displays an error message.
In File to upload, click Choose File to navigate to the file and specify the path.
Next Steps
After importing the file, save the strategy in a draft state. Save the strategy after making the necessary changes.
