Editing a rule

About this task

You cannot edit the Name, Rule Category, and Apply To fields of a custom rule.

You cannot edit the system rules. However, you can enable or disable the system rules.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Campaigns menu, click Rules.
  3. On the Rules page, click the Actions icon Actions icon corresponding to the rule and click Edit.
  4. On the <rule name> page, do the relevant modifications.
  5. Click Save.
