Displays the name of the Zone for the contact list.
Status
Displays one of the following execution status details for a contact list:
Success
Error in ContactList creation
Error in DataSource creation
Error in Import
Error in Assigning Organization
Import already Running
No Records To Import
General Error
Count
Number of records displayed based on the filter template applied.
Remaining Records
The number of records in which the file splitter criteria is not matched.
Failed Records
The records which could not be analyzed.
Note:
Check PIM_ALMService.log for the list of reasons for failed records.
Actions
Click Run to run a splitter immediately without creating a schedule. Use this option to import the split files to create contact list and moves the .csv file into the archive directory.
Use view more options such as Preview, and Download.
Click Preview to view the filtered contact records for the contact list. The attribute for which the mask for users option is selected, the value of the attribute displayed is masked.
Click Download to download the CSV file. The download option is available based on the role defined.
