POM Home overview

Last Updated : May 20, 2024 |

The Experience Portal web console displays the POM Home page. The POM Home page provides options to customize the view of the page. Each view displays specific information.

For example, the Campaigns view displays information about the campaigns that are scheduled, started, and completed.

By default, the POM Home page displays information through the following views:

  • Favorites

  • Campaigns

  • Contacts List

  • Agents

  • System Notifications

    POM displays this widget when:
    • POM detects that the system limits or the threshold for system limits have exceeded. For more information, System Notifications widget.

    • The logged in user has permission to access POM Health monitor. For more information on roles and access permission, see Roles and privileges.

You can turn on or turn off the display of the Favorites, Campaigns, Contacts List, and Agents views.

Note:

You can customize the views based on the user role and the privileges assigned for campaigns, contact lists, agent monitor view, and favorite links. The POM Home page restricts the organization-level data circulation for campaigns and contact list counts. You might need to refresh the POM Home page to view the complete information.

For Internet Explorer 11.0, to add the web URL of the primary POM server, open a Microsoft Edge web browser, then enable the Internet Explorer mode, and then use the Compatibility View Settings option to add the web URL of the primary POM server.
