Editing multiple callbacks

About this task

Use this procedure to change the Agent ID of multiple Strict Agent and Preferred Agent type of callbacks.

You can edit the Strict Agent and Preferred Agent type of callbacks only if the callbacks are in one of the following states:

  • Active attached to job

  • Waiting for job

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Campaigns menu, click Callback Manager.

    The Callback Manager page shows the list of callbacks.

  3. Select the callback records and click Bulk Edit.
  4. On the Bulk Edit Callback page, in the New Agent ID field, type the appropriate agent ID.
  5. Click Save.
