User configuration for EWS exchange integration consists of two parts:
Exchange Configuration: Add the Exchange user to the access group that was created on the Exchange server.
IP Office User Configuration: In the IP Office system configuration, enter the email address in the IP Office user's configuration and set their voicemail messages to be forwarded to the Exchange server.
