The results of a campaign can be accessed in several ways:
Using the Campaign Action: The Campaign action is used to route calls into a campaign after those calls have been routed to an appropriate start point on the voicemail server. The action's properties set whether the call is treated as a caller to the campaign or an agent processing the campaign messages. See Campaign Action .
Using a Campaign Park Slot Number: Each campaign is assigned a park slot number. That number can be assigned to Park buttons on user phones. The user can then use the button to access the campaign.
