Placing a call on hold and resuming the call

Procedure

  1. To place a call on hold:
    • On mobile clients: Select More and then select Hold.

    • On desktop clients: Select Hold.

    Avaya Workplace Client puts the call on hold.

  2. To resume the call, select the button again.

    On mobile clients, if you are on a different screen in Avaya Workplace Client while resuming the call, you must select Resume.
