Avaya Workplace Client on iOS Shortcuts

iOS Shortcuts app enables you to create your own shortcuts with multiple functions. Avaya Workplace Client on iOS Shortcuts enables you to configure and trigger shortcuts for the following three functions:

  • Join next meeting in Avaya Workplace.

  • Join personal meeting in Avaya Workplace.

  • Open my calendar in Avaya Workplace.

For example, when you open the iOS Shortcuts app and tap on Join next meeting in Avaya Workplace under Avaya Workplace, the iOS Shortcuts app triggers Avaya Workplace Client and you join the next available meeting in your Avaya Workplace Client calendar.

You can also invoke these three functions using voice commands with Siri.
