You can view the statistics for agents, skills, VDNs, and trunk groups.
Before you begin
Your administrator must configure the VuStats feature for your extension.
Use the My Computer mode. Avaya Workplace Client does not support the VuStats feature in the Desk Phone mode, My paired Softphone mode, and MDA for agent and non-agent scenarios.
Procedure
Click .
Avaya Workplace Client for Windows and Avaya Workplace Client for Mac display the Button Module screen.
Click Vu Stats.
Avaya Workplace Client displays the statistics below the Agent bar along with a manual refresh button and a settings button to set the automatic refresh interval.
Note:
For object type Agent, when the agent logs out, VuStats is not disabled and displays the existing statistics.
