Applicable Parameters List |
You can set the following parameters for the Screen pops:
<n> to pass the name of the other party on the call.
<m> to pass the phone number of the other party on the call.
<p> to pass the digits (prompted digits) the caller selected while processing through a vector.
<v> to pass the VDN name through which the call connects.
<u> to pass User-to-User-Information (UUI) that Communication Manager collects from a centralized application.
Note:
UUI length is limited to 32 bytes for H.323 stations. SIP stations support UUI length up to 128 bytes.
During screen pop configuration, the UUI information that passes to a screen pop contains special characters such as $ or @. Ensure that you use the apostrophe characters ' ' so that Avaya Workplace Client can pass the characters correctly to a third party application such as PowerShell. Add apostrophe ' ' characters, so that PowerShell ignores the special characters and processes the parameters correctly.
Example:
Without escaping special characters: <u>
With escaping: '<u>'
In case the UUI contains special characters, then use '<u>' or else use <u>.
<s> to pass the time when Avaya Workplace Client accepts the call.
<e> to pass the time when Avaya Workplace Client ends the call.
<d> to pass the current date when Avaya Workplace Client receives the call.
<a> to pass the current AgentId. If agent is offline, then <a> parameter is skipped.
