You can configure the message notification window to display or hide the message preview when you receive instant messages on Avaya Workplace Client for Windows.
Procedure
In the Avaya Workplace Client settings, click User Preferences.
Click Messaging.
Avaya Workplace Client navigates you to the messaging settings for Avaya Workplace Client for Windows.
Enable Message notification preview.
From the Message notification timer drop-down, select the duration for which the message notification preview displays.
