Services settings

If you do not use automatic configuration, you can manually configure the settings for the following services in Avaya Workplace Client:

  • Sign In Service

  • Phone Service

  • My Meeting Room

  • Enterprise Directory: Only on desktop clients

  • Multimedia Messaging

  • Avaya Cloud Services

  • Device Services

  • Client Enablement (CES): Only on mobile clients

  • Callback Service: Only on mobile clients

  • Voicemail

  • Exchange Calendar or Calendar Service

  • EC500 Calling: Only on mobile clients
