Cause
When you initially logged in to Avaya Workplace Client, you did not configure access to local contacts.
Solution
Procedure
Do one of the following:
On Android devices: In the settings of the device operating system, set to On for Avaya Workplace Client.
On iOS devices: In the settings of the device operating system, set to On for Avaya Workplace Client.
On desktop clients: In the Avaya Workplace Client settings, select and enable Show Local Contacts.
