You can view the statistics for agents, skills, VDNs, and trunk groups.
Before you begin
Your administrator must configure the VuStats feature for your extension.
Use the My Computer mode. Avaya Workplace Client does not support the VuStats feature in the Desk Phone mode, My paired Softphone mode, and MDA for agent and non-agent scenarios.
Procedure
On the Top of Mind screen, click the presence status indicator.
If the View Stats Display switch is in the OFF state, click View Stats Display.
Next to View Stats Display, click and select the object type to view its statistics.
Avaya Workplace Client displays the statistics below the Agent bar.
Note:
For object type Agent, when the agent logs out, VuStats is not disabled and displays the existing statistics.
