Add a terminal group for the endpoints and configure the related settings. You can use a terminal group to apply common network parameters to a group of endpoints.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Terminal Groups.
At the top-right corner of the Terminal Groups screen, click .
On the top half of the Add Terminal Group screen, in Name, type the terminal group name.
You can type a maximum of 35 Unicode characters.
In Description, type a short description of the terminal group.
You can type a maximum of 50 Unicode characters.
In Admin Password, type the code that the administrator must use to manage this terminal group.
You can type a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 32 digits from 0 to 9.
In Agent Profile, select a default agent profile or one of the configured agent profiles.
You can configure agent profiles on the Agent Profiles screen.
In Group Number, type the number of the terminal group.
You can type a number from 1 to 999.
In the Quality of Service Parameters section, in Call Control PHB, type a value from 0 to 63.
The Call Control PHB value determines the priority of call control packets for SIP traffic. The default value is 46.
In Audio PHB, type a value from 0 to 63.
The Audio PHB value determines the priority of audio packets for SIP traffic. The default value is 46.
In Video PHB, type a value from 0 to 63.
The Video PHB value determines the priority of video packets for SIP traffic. The default value is 26.
Optional To enable VLAN tagging and set a unique number for VLAN identification across multiple endpoints, do the following:
Select the VLAN ID check box.
In the entry field, type a value from 0 to 4,094.
Click Commit.
The Configuration Server saves the terminal group configuration and redirects you to the Terminal Groups screen.
