Downloading a skill configuration template

About this task

Download a configuration template to import skills to the contact center. After downloading a template, you need to fill it in with your configuration details.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Skills.
  2. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the More icon and select Download Template.

    The Configuration Server downloads the skill configuration template in the .xlsx format. The template contains skill configuration sections on sheet 1 and the guidelines for updating them on sheet 2.
