Deleting a SAML identity provider

About this task

Delete the connected SAML identity provider. When you delete a SAML identity provider, the Configuration Server removes the deleted SAML identity provider. Users cannot log in to the Configuration Server web portal with the credentials that they use to log in to the identity provider application. The Configuration Server removes the corresponding SAML users from the User Management screen.

Procedure

  1. On the Security App navigation menu, click SAML Management.
  2. On the SAMLs screen, select the SAML identity provider to delete.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Delete icon.
  4. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    The Configuration Server deletes the selected SAML identity provider from the contact center.
