Routing Core Server supports the configuration of coverage answer groups. An answer group can include up to 100 members, and you can assign the group to a coverage path as a coverage point. Each coverage answer group has a unique identifier. The identifier can be a number from 1 to the maximum number you configure for your contact center. The members of the group are identified by their extension number. You can assign any endpoint to an answer group.

By default, Configuration Server does not display the Coverage Answer Groups page for all users. To enable the display of the page, assign it to the user in the Security application.
