Delete one or several VDNs at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted VDNs from the contact center, and you cannot restore the VDN configuration.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Vector Directory Numbers (VDNs).
On the Vector Directory Numbers screen, select one or several VDNs.
Optional To select all VDNs, select the check box next to Extension.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
The Configuration Server removes the selected VDNs from the contact center.
