Deleting permission sets

About this task

Delete one or several permission sets at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted permission sets from the contact center, and you cannot restore the permission set configuration. You cannot delete the permission sets that you assigned to agents, endpoints, vectors, VDNs, announcements, external callers, or voice mail servers.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Permission Sets (COR).
  2. On the Permission Sets (COR) screen, select one or several permission sets.
  3. Optional To select all permission sets, select the check box next to Name.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    The Configuration Server removes the selected permission sets from the contact center.
