Deleting holiday tables

About this task

Delete one or several holiday tables at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted holiday tables from the contact center, and you cannot restore the holiday table configuration.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Holiday Tables.
  2. On the Holiday Tables screen, select one or several holiday tables.
  3. Optional To select all holiday tables, select the check box next to Table Id.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    The Configuration Server removes the selected holiday tables from the contact center.
