Delete one or several holiday tables at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted holiday tables from the contact center, and you cannot restore the holiday table configuration.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Holiday Tables.
On the Holiday Tables screen, select one or several holiday tables.
Optional To select all holiday tables, select the check box next to Table Id.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
The Configuration Server removes the selected holiday tables from the contact center.
