Delete one or several service hours tables at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted service hours tables from the contact center, and you cannot restore the service hour configuration.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Service Hours Tables.
On the Service Hours Tables screen, select one or several service hours tables.
Optional To select all service hours tables, select the check box next to Table Id.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
The Configuration Server removes the selected service hours tables from the contact center.
