Routing Core Server supports the conversion maps for Call Detail Recording (CDR). If your CDR record format supports a limited number of digits for agent and endpoint extensions, you can configure conversion maps to modify extensions before recording them in a CDR record. The contact center replaces the prefix of an endpoint or agent number to convert it to the configured format.
The map conversion feature is effective when you set CS1K as your record format on the Global Configuration page. The CS1K CDR record format does not support endpoint and agent numbers longer than 7 digits in the ORIGID and TERMID records. To use the CS1K record format, you must configure conversion maps for your contact center.
