Deleting a global role

About this task

You can delete only a user-defined global role. You can delete several roles at a time. When you delete a user-defined global role, the Configuration Server preserves the corresponding local roles for the System Administration, Contact Center Administration, and Online Help applications.

Procedure

  1. On the Security App navigation menu, click Global Role.
  2. On the Global Roles screen, select the role that you want to delete.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Delete icon.
  4. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    The Configuration Server deletes the selected global roles.
