Delete one or several variables at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted variables from the contact center, and you cannot restore the variable configuration.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Vector Variables.
On the Vector Variables screen, select one or several variables.
Optional To select all variables, select the check box next to Variable.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
The Configuration Server removes the selected variables from the contact center.
