Editing CTI link configuration

About this task

Edit the created CTI link configuration to modify the link parameters. You can edit the configuration of only one CTI link at a time. When you edit a configuration, you cannot modify the link number. If you want to use a different link number, you must add a new CTI link.

If the CTI link is enabled, you can edit only the CTI link name. To modify other fields, you must disable the CTI link from the Maintenance Shell. If the CTI link is disabled, you cannot edit the CTI link number and type. For more information about disabling CTI links, see Maintaining Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, click Administration > CTI Links.
  2. On the CTI Links page, select the CTI link to edit.
  3. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Edit icon.

    Configuration Server displays the CTI link configuration fields.

  4. Modify the required settings.
  5. At the top-right corner of the page, click Commit.

    Configuration Server saves the CTI link configuration and redirects you to the CTI Links page.
