Download the announcement that you added to listen to the audio path that callers can hear. You can download only one announcement audio file at a time.
Before you begin
Add at least one announcement on the Announcements screen.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Announcements.
On the Announcements screen, locate the required announcement row and in the File column click the audio file name.
The Configuration Server downloads the announcement in the .wav format.
