Deleting group calls

About this task

Delete one or several group calls at a time. Configuration Server removes the deleted group calls from the contact center, and you cannot restore the group call configuration.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Group Calls.
  2. On the Group Calls page, select one or several group calls.
  3. Optional To select all group calls, select the check box next to Name.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    Configuration Server removes the selected group calls from the contact center.
