Delete one or several group calls at a time. Configuration Server removes the deleted group calls from the contact center, and you cannot restore the group call configuration.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Group Calls.
On the Group Calls page, select one or several group calls.
Optional To select all group calls, select the check box next to Name.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
Configuration Server removes the selected group calls from the contact center.
