About this task
You can import a group of VDNs to the contact center using a configuration spreadsheet. With the configuration spreadsheet, you can add new VDNs to the contact center or import the VDN configuration from your previous contact center.
You can also edit the configuration of a group of VDNs by filling in the configuration spreadsheet with existing VDN extension numbers. When you upload the spreadsheet, the Configuration Server updates the configuration of VDNs with matching VDN extension numbers.
