Delete one or several conversion maps simultaneously. Configuration Server removes the deleted conversion maps from the contact center, and you cannot restore the conversion map configuration.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > Conversion Map (CDR).
On the Add Conversion Map (CDR) page, select one or several conversion maps.
Optional To select all conversion maps, select the check box next to the Prefix Length to Delete column title.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
Configuration Server removes the selected conversion maps from the contact center.
