Routing Core Server supports the configuration of up to 2,000 call pickup groups. A pickup group is a collection of endpoint extensions. An endpoint extension can belong to only one pickup group. You can add up to 50 endpoints to the call pickup group.

Users can press the Call Pickup feature button on their phone to answer the call ringing at another group member's phone. If multiple phones are ringing, Routing Core Server selects the extension that has been ringing the longest.
