Importing endpoints

Last Updated : Apr 21, 2022 |

About this task

You can import a group of endpoints to the contact center using a configuration spreadsheet. With the configuration spreadsheet, you can add new endpoints to the contact center or import the endpoint configuration from your previous contact center.

You can also edit the configuration of a group of endpoints by filling in the configuration spreadsheet with existing endpoint extension numbers. When you upload the spreadsheet, the Configuration Server updates the configuration of endpoints with matching endpoint extension numbers.

You can import endpoint configuration from your previous ACD to Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity using a configuration spreadsheet.

Before you begin
