Viewing a CTI link

About this task

View the configuration details of CTI links that you added on the CTI Links page. You can view the configuration details of only one CTI link at a time.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, click Administration > CTI Links.
  2. On the CTI Links page, select the required CTI link.
  3. At the top-right corner of the page, click the View icon.

    Configuration Server displays the CTI link configuration fields. You can click the Edit icon to edit the configuration.
