Deleting skills

About this task

Delete one or several skills at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted skills from the contact center, and you cannot restore the skill configuration.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Skills.
  2. On the Skills screen, select one or several skills.
  3. Optional To select all skills, select the check box next to Group Number.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    The Configuration Server removes the selected skills from the contact center.
