Editing journey profiles

About this task

Edit the created journey profile configuration. You can edit the configuration of only one journey profile at a time.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Customer Journey > Journey Profile.
  2. On the Customer Journey Profiles screen, select the required journey profile.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Edit icon.

    The Configuration Server displays the journey profile configuration fields.

  4. Modify the required settings.
  5. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.

    The Configuration Server saves the journey profile configuration and redirects you to the Customer Journey Profiles screen.
