Viewing VDN configuration

About this task

On the Vector Directory Numbers screen, view the created VDN to get detailed information about the configuration. You can view the configuration of only one VDN at a time.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Vector Directory Numbers (VDNs).
  2. On the Vector Directory Numbers screen, select the required VDN.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the View icon.

    The Configuration Server displays the VDN configuration fields. You can click the Edit icon to edit the configuration.
