Viewing agent configuration

About this task

View the created agent to get a detailed information about the configuration. You can view the configuration of only one agent at a time.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Agents.
  2. On the Agents screen, select the required agent.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the View icon.

    The Configuration Server displays the agent configuration fields. You can click the Edit icon to edit the configuration.
