Delete CTI links that you do not use to interact with CTI applications. You can delete one or several CTI links at a time. Configuration Server removes the deleted CTI links from the contact center. You cannot delete the CTI link that is in use.
Before you begin
Busy out the CTI link using the Maintenance Shell console. For more information about busying out a CTI link, refer to the maintenance command section in Maintaining Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, click Administration > CTI Links.
On the CTI Links page, select one or several CTI links.
Optional To select all CTI links, select the check box next to Number.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
Configuration Server removes the selected CTI links from the contact center.
