The Configuration Server web portal provides the following applications for contact center management:
Security App: To configure users and user permissions and manage global and local user roles.
System Administration: To administer Routing Core Servers and manage pods.
Contact Center Administration: To manage contact center functionality.
Depending on the assigned default global role, users can have access to different Configuration Server applications. For example, to access the Security App, you need to log in as a super administrator.
When you log in to an application, the Configuration Server web portal displays the Welcome page. The Configuration Server functionality is available through the tabs on the left. Certain tabs, such as the Contact Center and System tabs in Contact Center Administration, include subtabs.
