Configuration Server applications

Depending on the assigned role, you can have access to different applications on the Configuration Server web portal. The Configuration Server applications provide different types of contact center functionality.

All the components of the Configuration Server applications conform to the accessibility standards of Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT).

The following table lists the applications available on the Configuration Server web portal:

Security App

A super administrator.

Only a super administrator has access to the Security App.

The application allows you to configure users and user permissions. With this application, you can also manage global and local user roles.

System Administration

A system administrator and a services user.

You can use this application when deploying the contact center. You can administer Routing Core Servers and manage pods.

Contact Center Administration

A system administrator, a services user, a tenant administrator, and a supervisor.

A system administrator and a services user have access to all data. A tenant administrator and a supervisor have access only to the data assigned to the tenant.

With this application, you can configure the contact center functionality. You can manage contact center objects, such as skills, agents, and endpoints. You can configure vectors, VDNs, vector variables for call routing, and a dial plan for processing dialed numbers.
