Downloading an agent configuration template

About this task

Download a configuration template to import agents to the contact center. After downloading a template, you need to fill it in with your configuration details.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Agents.
  2. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the More icon and select Download Template.

    The Configuration Server downloads the agent configuration template in the .xlsx format. The template contains agent configuration sections on sheet 1 and the guidelines for updating them on sheet 2.
