The Routing Core Configuration Server (Configuration Server) is a web-based management platform that you can use for migrating data from your previous contact center and administering Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity. You can access the Configuration Server web portal both from a public network and your intranet.
On the Configuration Server web portal, you can perform the following administrative tasks:
Import data of your previous contact center to Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity.
Manage contact center objects, such as skills, agents, and endpoints.
Configure vectors, VDNs, and variables for call routing.
Set up working hours and holidays for your contact center.
Configure a dial plan for processing dialed numbers and agent login IDs.
Set up links to Application Enablement Services and Avaya Call Management System.
Manage network configuration.
