Deleting coverage paths

About this task

Delete one or several coverage paths at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted coverage paths from the contact center, and you cannot restore the coverage path configuration.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Coverage > Coverage Paths.
  2. On the Coverage Paths screen, select one or several coverage paths.
  3. Optional To select all coverage paths, select the check box next to Name.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    The Configuration Server removes the selected coverage paths from the contact center.
