Delete one or several coverage paths at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted coverage paths from the contact center, and you cannot restore the coverage path configuration.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Coverage > Coverage Paths.
On the Coverage Paths screen, select one or several coverage paths.
Optional To select all coverage paths, select the check box next to Name.
At the top-right corner of the page, click .
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
The Configuration Server removes the selected coverage paths from the contact center.
