Editing holiday table configuration

About this task

Edit the created holiday table. You can edit the configuration of only one holiday table at a time. When you edit a holiday table, you cannot modify the holiday table identifier. If you want to use a different holiday table identifier, you must add a new holiday table.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Holiday Tables.
  2. On the Holiday Tables screen, select the required holiday table.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Edit icon.

    The Configuration Server displays the holiday table configuration fields.

  4. Modify the required settings on the page.
  5. Optional To add a new holiday, click Add New.
  6. Optional To remove a holiday, on the right from the table row, click the Delete icon.
  7. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.

    The Configuration Server saves the holiday table configuration and redirects you to the Holiday Tables screen.
