Call Management System connection overview

On the CMS Links screen, you can configure a connection to Call Management System (CMS) to process your call traffic data and generate supervisor reports. Without the CMS connection, you cannot get call traffic reports and monitor agent performance.

After creating a connection to CMS on the Configuration Server, you must also add Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity to CMS. For more information about adding your contact center to CMS, see the post-installation configuration section in Deploying Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity.
