Viewing Call Management System connection configuration

About this task

View the configuration details of the CMS connection that you configured on the CMS Links screen. For example, you can verify if you are using the correct CMS IP address.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > CMS Links.
  2. On the CMS Links screen, select the required CMS connection.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the View icon.

    The Configuration Server displays the CMS connection configuration fields. You can click the Edit icon to edit the configuration.
