Deleting a global configuration

About this task

Delete a global configuration that you added. When you delete a global configuration, the Configuration Server uses local settings on the correspoding configuration screen. For example, if you delete music source configuration, the Configuration Server uses the audio file that you selected for Music On Hold on the Skills screen.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Parameters > Global Configurations.
  2. On the Global Configurations screen, click the required global configuration row.
  3. On the right side of the screen, in the Global Configuration Details box, click the Delete icon.
  4. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

    The Configuration Server removes the selected global configuration from the contact center.
