Duplicating skill configuration

About this task

Duplicate the created skill configuration to add more skills with a similar configuration to the contact center.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Contact Center > Skills.
  2. On the Skills screen, select the required skill.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Duplicate icon.

    The Configuration Server displays the skill configuration fields.

  4. On the General subtab, in Group Number, type a unique identifier for the new skill.

    The value range is 1 through 15,000.

  5. In Group Name, type the new skill name.

    You can type a maximum of 35 Unicode characters.

  6. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.

    The Configuration Server saves the skill configuration and redirects you to the Skills screen.
