Viewing a global configuration

About this task

View the created global configuration to get a detailed information about the configuration. You can view only one global configuration at a time.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > Parameters > Global Configurations.
  2. On the Global Configurations screen, click the Arrow icon next to the required global configuration row.

    The Configuration Server displays the global configuration fields on the right side of the screen. For call center features, you can see configuration details below the call_center_features row.
